Delivery Methods 送貨方式

    • 下單成功及完成付款後,系統將根據客人所填寫的送貨地址及付款時間,一般將於七個工作天(星期六、日及公眾假期不包括在內)內付運。
    • After the order is successfully placed and the payment is completed, the system will generally ship within seven working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) according to the delivery address and payment time entered by the customer.
    • 配送服務一律優先,貨範圍到世界各地。
    •   -香港(SF到付)、澳門(中通)、中國大陸(中通),其他國家(DHL,Fedex) 如有問題,請電郵至 jw@angel.com.hk聯絡客戶服務員。
    • Priority is given to distribution services, We ship world wide .

    • 在訂單確認期間,選擇相關配送服務後,系統會提示客人可供選擇的送貨方式及相關配送收費標準
    • During the order confirmation period, after selecting the relevant delivery service, the system will prompt the customer to choose the delivery method and relevant delivery charges.
    • 購物滿港幣$1000或以上、或門市自取可免運費(僅限於香港地區);  訂單若少於港幣$1000而需送貨服務者,則需支付運費
    • Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$1000 or more or self-pickup in store (only in Hong Kong); if the order is less than HK$1000 and requires delivery service, the shipping fee will be charged.
    • 訂單處理會以客人所選擇的送貨方法作為優先決定因素,如訂單少於港幣$1000,而送貨地址填寫為非本公司的門市地址,同時未有支付運費者,我們會聯絡客人到門市取貨。
    • Order processing will be based on the delivery method selected by the customer as the priority determining factor. If the order is less than HK$1000, and the delivery address is filled in non-our company's store address, and if the shipping fee has not been paid, we will contact the customer to pick it up at the store goods.
    • 如因未能與客戶取得聯絡,導致配送服務受阻超過七天,則視為放棄貨品,並且不會接受退款申請。
    • If the delivery service is blocked for more than seven days due to failure to get in touch with the customer, it will be deemed to have given up the goods and no refund request will be accepted.
    • 門市自取的訂單,客人需於貨品到達門市日期起計14天內領取,逾期敝公司將自行處理貨品
    • For self-pick-up orders at the store, the customer must pick up the goods within 14 days from the date the goods arrive at the store, and our company will handle the goods by themselves if the time is overdue.
    • 如客人選擇的地址與實際配送地址不同,導致配送受到影響且貨品遭退回,這種情況下本公司將無法退還運費,則不影響客人購買的訂單退款。如需再次寄出貨品,運費將會自動設定以到付形式支付。
    • If the address selected by the customer is different from the actual delivery address, the delivery will be affected and the goods will be returned. In this case, the company will not be able to refund the shipping fee, and it will not affect the refund of the order purchased by the guest. If you need to send the shipment again, the freight will be automatically set to be paid on collection.
    • 如寄送地點為港澳地區以外的地方,當地海關有可能會抽查貨品,並會收取關稅,如有任何額外費用產生,或受進出口限制而造成的任何損失,本公司恕不負責。
    • If the delivery location is outside Hong Kong and Macao, the local customs may conduct random inspections of the goods and collect customs duties. If any additional costs are incurred, or any losses caused by import and export restrictions, the company will not be responsible.
    • 本公司會盡力將貨品包裝至安全狀態後寄出,倘若貨品不幸於運送途中發生任何損壞或遺失,本公司恕不負責。如客人購買的貨品含有玻璃製品或其他易損壞物品,請慎選取貨方式。
    • The company will do its best to pack the goods to a safe condition before shipping. If the goods are unfortunately damaged or lost in transit, the company will not be responsible. If the goods purchased by the customer contain glass products or other easily damaged items, please choose the way of goods carefully.
